Reported Structure Fire - 200 Top Deck Court

At 2308 hours, the Berlin Fire Company was alerted for a reported structure fire at 200 Top Deck Court in the Decatur Farms development. Assistant Chief Bryon Trimble was first to arrive, reporting a 1 1/2 story wood frame residential structure with nothing evident, and established command. Upon arrival, crews entered the residence to find a smoke condition in the house. After investigation, the problem was isolated to an air handler for the HVAC unit. Command placed the situation under control and released all units.
