Landing Zone for a Fly Out - Assateague State Park Boat Ramp Parking Lot

At 1042 hours on the above date, Paramedic 2 requested aviation for a patient with a head injury. Engine 604 and 607 responded and secured the landing zone for MSP Trooper 4. Trooper 4 transported the patient to the local trauma center.
