Motor Vehicle Crash with Rescue - 8428 Stephen Decatur Highway

At 1954 hours, the Berlin Fire Company was alerted to respond in the area of 8428 Stephen Decatur Highway, just south of Frontier Town, for a motor vehicle crash with a report of people trapped. Worcester County Sheriff's Office was first to arrive, confirming atleast one patient trapped. Assistant Chief Bryon Trimble arrived and established the command. Command assigned Assistant Chief Bill Tilghman as Rescue Operations. EMS requested Trooper 4 due to prolonged extrication. Due to patient condition, Ocean City Paramedic 1 was requested to the scene to perform RSI. The patient was removed and care was transferred to MSP Trooper 4. Units cleared the scene shortly after extrication was complete.
