New Brush 602 in Service Soon... - Berlin Fire Company

On Wednesday, April 8, 2009 members of the brush truck comittee traveled to Easton to see the progress on the new Brush 602. The new brush truck is a 2008 Chevy 4-door longbed pickup truck. It has a duramax diesel motor, allison transmission, 4 inch lift kit and off-road tires. It is equipped with a 300 gallon poly tank, Hale pump, booster reel, secondary reel for forestry hose, ground sweeping fog nozzles, 2 terret guns, extended back step, diamond plate compartments for tool and extra hose storage, and telescoping lights. The members of the Berlin Fire Company are excited for the delivery of this new and very valuable piece of equipment.
